Compassionate Care. Meaningful Connections. Healing Meets You Wherever You Are.
Dr. Suzette Fagan, known to many as Dr. Sue, is the heart behind Door2Door Therapy. With a passion for mental health, emotional wellness, and personal growth, she is committed to creating a supportive environment where individuals and families feel heard, valued, and understood.
Dr. Sue believes that every person has a story worth hearing and deserves access to compassionate, respectful, and culturally responsive care. She recognizes that everyone's journey is different, and healing begins with meeting people where they are—emotionally, mentally, and in their personal experiences.
Through Door2Door Therapy, Dr. Sue aims to help individuals, children, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges, strengthen emotional resilience, build healthier relationships, and discover the tools they need to move forward with confidence.

A Mission Rooted in Compassion
Dr. Sue's mission is to make mental health support a meaningful and empowering experience. She believes that seeking help is a sign of strength and that healing begins when people feel safe enough to share their experiences without fear of judgment.
Her approach emphasizes understanding, connection, personal growth, and practical strategies that support emotional well-being.
Care That Celebrates Every Story
Door2Door Therapy welcomes individuals and families from diverse cultural, ethnic, and social backgrounds. Dr. Sue recognizes the importance of honoring each person's unique experiences and creating a space where everyone feels respected, included, and supported.
Whether navigating emotional difficulties, family challenges, personal transitions, or the pressures of everyday life, clients are encouraged to take steps toward growth at their own pace.
Our Vision
Through compassionate care, community engagement, and mental health education, Dr. Sue strives to help individuals and families build healthier lives, stronger connections, and a greater sense of hope.
At Door2Door Therapy, we believe that support should meet you where you are—because healing meets you wherever you are.
"Your story matters. Your well-being matters. Your journey toward healing matters."
Ann-Marie Faith Anthony,

“Your mental health is as important as your physical health—don’t take it lightly.”
—Ann Anthony
A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, mental health advocate, and founder of Gallant Minds Psychiatry. With more than 13 years of experience in mental health care, Ann-Marie has worked across diverse settings, including psychiatric emergency services, inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, addiction treatment, crisis intervention, corrections, developmental disabilities, and geriatric mental health.
Ann-Marie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2020 and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Wilkes University in 2024. Her education, combined with years of hands-on experience in behavioral health, has shaped her compassionate and practical approach to psychiatric care.
Through Gallant Minds Psychiatry, she provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive mental health care to adolescents and adults, with a focus on helping individuals feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment.
Originally from Sierra Leone, Ann-Marie is also passionate about reducing mental health stigma within African, immigrant, faith-based, and underserved communities. She founded the African Mental Health Awareness Initiative (AMHAI) to promote education, encourage open conversations about mental illness, and help bridge the gap between culture, faith, and evidence-based mental health care.
Through her clinical work, advocacy, and public conversations, Ann-Marie hopes to normalize seeking mental health support, challenge harmful misconceptions, and remind people that asking for help is a sign of strength.
